This inspection covers the operation of the automatic garage door opener and garage
door system. All features, including safety systems are inspected for safe operation
and efficiency.
The premier inspection service includes a complete garage door system inspection and a maintenance service (repairs extra). Items inspected include the garage door springs, drums, cables, rollers, hinges, torsion bars, torsion springs, bearings, brackets, track systems, sections, remote controls, garage door opener components, gears, carriage, circuit boards, etc.
The deluxe inspection includes a written assessment of the garage door and automatic opener systems. The basic inspection includes a safety inspection of the automatic opener system, including the automatic reverse test.
